FAQ

Question: Where is the uniform shop?

Answer: The uniform shop is located between Room 15 and Room 16.

Question: When is the uniform shop open?

Answer: The uniform shop is open from 8:30am -9:00am each week day.

Question: Where do I collect my Click n' Collect order?

Answer: You will be sent an email when your order is ready to collect from our school office.

Question: Can I order online and pay when I pick up?

Answer: Absolutley. You will be asked which payment option you prefer in our Online Order Form.

Question: What if I cannot collect my items when they are ready?

Answer: We will hold all unpaid orders for 7 days after we have sent the Ready To Collect email. After that time you will have to place the order again. We will hold paid orders for 14 days, after that time you will be refunded and you will have to place your order again.

Question: Can my Click n' Collect items be delivered to my child or can my child pick up the items from the office?

Answer: No, an adult must pick up the items from the school office.

Question: What if I get the wrong items in my order?

Answer: We recommend you check your order before you leave the school. If we have made a mistake we will exchange the item for what you ordered.

Answer: We recommend you check your order before you leave the school. If you need another size we can exchange this for you.
