Dear Parents, Caregivers and Whānau,
At Arataki School we value whānaungatanga and working together with whānau for
the success of our tamariki so on Wednesday 1st February (our official first day of
school) we are going to have a special day for whānau to come in and talk with
teachers. This is for teachers to learn from whānau and children about their
students’ interests and how we can support them best throughout 2017.
Please book your appointment online with your child’s/children’s teacher. Each
interview is 15 minutes long.
Please note that school is open for meeting the teacher but not for
normal classroom instruction. This means your child comes to the
appointment with you and leaves after the appointment.
Booking your interviews
The booking website will open on Wednesday 14 December 2016 at 12pm and will
close Wednesday 1 February 2017 at 12pm.
1. Go to parentinterviews.co.nz, enter the event code 7JLQ5 and click Go.
2. Enter your name, email address, phone number and the names of the students
you wish to make a booking for.
3. Select the teachers you would like to book by ticking the checkbox beside their
name and then click the Book Interviews button at the bottom of the page.
4. Using the timetable, click the Book button beside the time slot you would like to
book for the teacher. You will be asked to confirm your booking.
5. Continue until you have booked all teachers.
Once you have finished you can view your timetable by clicking “My Interviews” at
the top of the page. You can also print a PDF timetable to take to your interviews.
Before your interviews, you will receive an email reminder containing your timetable.
If you need to cancel any interviews, you can do so by following the link in the email
you received when you first signed up (please make sure you retain this email).
